At Montserrat, our focus is the well-being of all members of our community. The Health Center and Counseling Center initiate and support campus-wide efforts to promote emotional and physical wellness, in addition to providing individual care and consultation.
In the Health Center, services are provided with a focus on individual wellness and overall prevention.
The Counseling Center offers individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention, referrals to off-campus treatment providers, and consultation and training to all Montserrat community members. The counselor, Elisabeth Reickert, LMHC, is on campus Monday through Friday during the academic year to support students’ personal, creative, and academic growth.
Health and Wellness services are provided with sensitivity to issues of race, gender, age, ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation, citizenship, and disability.
