I’m writing on behalf of The Community House (TCH), a nonprofit community center in Hamilton, MA, to share two exciting job openings that may be a strong fit for your students in childhood education, elementary education, child development, psychology, or human services within our after school program for school-age children.
We are currently hiring for:
• Group Leader: bonus available
• Assistant Group Leader: bonus available
These are paid positions with a benefits package that is genuinely rare in the childcare sector:
• Bonuses of $500–$1,000 (for staff working 4+ days/week, paid after 6 months)
• Paid vacation and sick time
• Paid holidays
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• IRA program
The Kids Community (TKC) at TCH is a licensed school-age childcare center serving children and families in the Hamilton-Wenham region and beyond. We are a mission-driven organization where employee satisfaction is a stated priority, and our team reflects that culture every day.
