Days: Availability needed Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday; 8am – 8pm

Total estimated hours: 7.5 – 11.25 hours total

Summary of Job:

  • Staff evaluation check-in table: check in students and faculty as they arrive, assign rooms based on evaluation schedule, contact students who haven’t checked in on time, direct faculty to evaluation staff for questions
  • Maintain evaluation rooms: monitor supplies, report technology issues
  • Maintain faculty break room: assist setup & breakdown, monitor food/drinks, report low supplies, help clean up spills, ensure proper storage of leftovers
  • Answer general student questions about evaluation scheduling and procedures; send more complicated/in-depth questions to proper staff
  • Keep contact with evaluation staff in case of emergencies
  • Other duties as assigned

Necessary Skills: Must be punctual and communicative. Must have a courteous manner and must be able to deal effectively and professionally with students, faculty and staff. Basic computing and internet skills. Must be able to work independently and without supervision.
