Seasonal Farm Photographer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic student photographer from Montserrat
College of Art to capture the beauty and hard work of our strawberry farm across the
growing season. This part-time, seasonal position involves executing 3 to 4 on-farm
photoshoots, documenting key stages of the agricultural year, from spring planting
through late-fall cleanup.

Key Responsibilities
The photographer will be responsible for planning and executing the following
photoshoots, ensuring high-quality, professional images are delivered for use in our
marketing, website, and social media

Deliverables
For each of the 3-4 photoshoots, the following are required:
● A minimum of 50 high-resolution, edited digital images.
● All images must be delivered via a shared online folder ( File ) within one week
of the shoot date.
● Waiver/Model Release forms must be obtained for any identifiable individuals
photographed, as provided by the farm.

Qualifications
● Currently enrolled as a student at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA.
● Proven experience in high-quality photography, preferably in an outdoor,
action-oriented, or agricultural setting (portfolio required).
● Own reliable professional camera equipment and necessary editing software.
● Ability to work independently and capture candid, dynamic, and professional
images that tell the story of the farm.
● Must be able to travel to the farm location at Moraine Farm in Beverly, MA on
agreed-upon shoot dates.

Compensation
Person will be compensated on a per-shoot basis. The rate for each successful
photoshoot (including planning, shooting time, editing, and delivery) is $250 per shoot.
