Polar Express Intern Overview
The Cabot Performing Arts Center is searching for an intern to support our annual holiday
Polar Express event. This cherished family tradition attracts hundreds of guests each holiday
season. Our goal is to transform our Streetside Bar to resemble the inside of a holiday train
car.

season. Our goal is to transform our Streetside Bar to resemble the inside of a holiday train
car.
The intern will help with administrative tasks such as:
- Pulling together raffle baskets for Polar Express
- Organizing inventory and managing event décor and supplies
- Helping with set up/tear down on the day of the event
- Assisting with other administrative tasks in the development department
The internship requires about 10 hours of work per week, with the schedule to be determined
during the planning process.
