These four artists use their varied artistic practices to process, cope with, and heal from trauma. They make tangible their internal struggles, making them external using literal and non-representational visuals and language. They convey stories about their past, present, and the forward motion that propels them through the world. Here, you can see the different ways these artists confront their trauma and continually grow.
