Status: Fridays 8:30am-3:30pm during the semester with 5-10 hours of planning before the start of the semester

Salary range: $15/hour

Teaching Assistant for the course PLUSH in Spring 2026, Fridays 8:30-3:30pm, with additional hours before the semester starts.  

Responsibilities:

• Must be available Fridays 8:30am-3:30pm during the semester, with 5-10 hours of planning before the start of the semester

• Work with the Faculty on the delivery of the course content and assist students with assignments as needed.

• Prepare the instructional space for classes on a weekly basis, making sure the necessary course materials and equipment are prepared, the classroom is organized and set up for instruction; clean up classroom space and materials as needed at the end of class.

• Help prepare and manage the course Discord and other course materials.

• Assist students with learning and troubleshooting process and projects. In particular, with sewing and fabrication.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs and move tables and shuttle things on a cart between workspaces
