MASh Team Member
Department: Animation
Reports to: Hannah O'Neal
Status: Hours needed each week: 3-7, more in late spring Expected Duration of Job: 2025-26 Academic Year
Salary range: $15.00/hour
Summary Statement: As a member of the MASh team, each student is expected to work cooperatively, completing tasks and projects by the assigned deadlines. We are looking for student employees who are receptive to criticism as well as able to provide feedback on both visual work and event logistics. Team members must be willing to ask for help and be flexible to help other team members with their responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Is involved in the creation of concept sketches and theme ideas
- Attends weekly meetings and contributes ideas about logistics and artistic vision
- Works on one or more projects including: sticker sheet design, pamphlet design, social media posts, flyers and other marketing materials, local business advertisements, intermission animation (3 of the team members) and poster design (seniors have historically had priority as this will be their last MASh)

- Must be able to submit work on or before the deadline and asks for help in advance if it is needed

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Must be able to attend weekly meetings in person or remotely, must be able to communicate effectively outside of meetings (responding to email within 24 hours)
