  • Collaborate with an outsourced overnight security guard service to ensure continuity of safety coverage.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and test campus security systems including alarms, cameras, door access systems, and emergency communication tools.
  • Develop and lead emergency preparedness drills and protocols in conjunction with college leadership.

Residential Life Support

  • Plan and execute the summer dorm refresh program: deep cleaning, furniture inspection/replacement, minor repairs, and aesthetic updates in all residence halls prior to student move-in.
  • Coordinate dorm readiness with Residential Life and other student services staff.
  • Respond to and manage facility-related student concerns throughout the academic year.

Budget & Administrative Oversight

  • Ensure all facilities-related projects comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance logs, and safety compliance documents.
