Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math
July 6 – 31, 2020

The STEAM program is Montserrat College of Art’s concrete expression of its belief in the power of the arts to transforms lives. We believe that art education creates benefits that manifest themselves far beyond competency in the arts, helping students lead more productive and engaged lives.

The  STEAM program provides youth in grades 3 -12 opportunities to experience hands-on learning in a safe, supervised environment, led by professional faculty from educational institutions on the North Shore and beyond. Our program is offered with summer sessions running week-long, flexible, part or full-time classes.

S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) classes incorporate creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and presentation. STEAM learning is being implemented in schools around the world to teach academic and life skills in a creative, exploratory environment suitable for all types of learning styles. Students have fun while creating and gaining new, useful understanding and skills that will enhance their regular classroom experiences.
