Santa Fe, New Mexico

This three week, 6 credit intensive program held in Santa Fe, New Mexico gives students the opportunity to make work on location and offers unique environments in which to photograph, draw, sketch, document, collage, video or journal in the rich, multifaceted landscapes and geographies of the Southwest. Students experience a full range of cultural activities and excursions. Field trips to historic landmarks, cultural centers, historic architecture representing many cultures in the region, museums and galleries, markets and festivals present the history and culture of the Southwest and offer exciting opportunities to explore its diversity and beauty.

Tuition includes:

  • Travel (flights, buses, and trains)
  • Lodging with kitchen access
  • Two 3-Credit courses
  • Two meals a day

Scholarship money may be available.

Steps to Apply

 Complete and submit application to Southwest@montserrat.edu by January 28, 2022
 Submit non-refundable application fee of $200 with application
 Complete and send 2 reference forms to academic references
 Deposit of $1,000 via cash, check or Paypal (link below) by Friday, February 25th, 2022
 Payment of $2,000 due by March 25th, 2022
 Final Payment of $2,000 due by April 22nd, 2022
