The Marketing intern will support the entire Marketing Communications team with a focus on event support including webcasts, roundtables, forums and tradeshow efforts and provide ongoing administrative support for branded swag, platform and social graphics, and attendee registration maintenance for Enterprise, Publisher, Corporate, Academic, Standards and Internal Communications projects. There will be opportunities to work with all areas of Marketing understanding how in-house Marketing team is involved in the business at all levels.  Ongoing training opportunities in PR/Social Marketing, website understanding and exposure to business units, product owners and developers as well as professional moderator and how panels are used to engage audiences.

CCC has a hybrid/remote work philosophy.  The selected candidate for this position will be working at least one to two days a week in our Danvers, MA headquarters with a targeted start date of June 3, 2024.

You will work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Support of Q4 and Q1 events to include tradeshows, webcasts, seminars, roundtables and forums: packing, printing collateral, creating support materials including graphics, coordinating signage or display items
  • Internal communications event support
  • Branded swag merchandise organization and international shipping
  • Work with all areas of Marketing team including Content, PR and Social Media, Internal Communications on various projects as appropriate
  • May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned

Here’s what it takes to get started:

  • Must have completed at least one year of college.
  • Interest in Marketing, promotion, advertising, event coordination, social media
  • Experience with Microsoft Office platform
  • Familiarity with graphics or website software is a bonus
