The Dance Complex is seeking 2-3 Interns for our Spring and Summer seasons. Depending on the applicant’s area of interest, we have opportunities in our Development, Communications, Community Engagement, and Programming departments. Assisting at the front desk, checking guests in, and various other administrative duties will be a part of this role.
The Dance Complex is a small nonprofit going into its 35th year. Our mission has always been to keep the arts accessible and affordable for all, by keeping classes and studio rates below market value. We rely on our interns, and our volunteer workforce to keep the doors open. We hold classes 7 days a week, with performances and events on the weekends.

Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- A general interest and understanding of the arts in the General Boston area
- A willingness to wear multiple hats, take on various projects, and an open mind
