The Role
We’re searching for fearless post-graduation or junior year designers who are looking to contribute fresh perspectives and creative energy to a multidisciplinary team. Our 10-12 week paid apprenticeship program runs from June to August and provides hands-on design experience for up and coming creative talent. You’ll work closely with designers and directors to create beautiful work for our clients across diverse challenges and categories.
Who you are
You are a visual communicator who is passionate about designing brand identities and experiences. You have a knack for realizing the essence of an idea, can move quickly from thinking to crafting, and love collaborating and learning from a team. If you are the type of creative who looks for the opportunity in everything, we want to hear from you.

- An availability of 32 hours per week to work onsite

A workstation at Pilot will be supplied.
Description
Apprentices will work closely with designers and directors to create beautiful work for our clients across diverse challenges and categories. Daily responsibilities will consist of assisting the design team with research, asset creation, and organization across short term and long term projects.
