Position Description

The Creative Specialist is an integral member of the creative team, responsible for producing visual assets across a wide range of formats and channels. This includes everything from digital and social content to print materials, infographics, branding, and video work. You will work across client accounts and internal agency initiatives, collaborating with account teams, writers, and other creatives.

This is a hands-on, entry-level position designed for a versatile designer with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and an interest in integrated marketing. You’ll grow your skills by supporting campaign work, brand development, and day-to-day content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for client and agency use, including but not limited to social media graphics and ads, digital banners, website and email graphics, print materials, stationery, logos, brand identity elements, infographics, and short-form video content
  • Produce first drafts and iterate based on feedback
  • Support brand development and campaign concepting alongside senior creatives
  • Collaborate with Creative Manager, Creative Director, and other team members on client projects
  • Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics or animations
  • Help update and maintain agency brand assets
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional meetings
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and external vendors

Qualifications

  • BA or BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of full-time graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Internship or relevant freelance/project-based experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design, logo and brand development, and effective layout and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles and content strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
