who value creativity, connection, and good times, it’s functional, portable, and made to turn any
hangout into an unforgettable experience.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Designer with copywriting experience who can bring
our brand to life across ads, content, and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for designing static
ad creatives, writing high-converting ad copy, and applying engaging text overlays to short-form
video content.
This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of design, marketing, and
storytelling — someone who can make a product look amazing and sell through smart creative
decisions.

What You’ll Do:
● Design static image ads for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
● Write persuasive ad copy and headlines that convert
● Add text overlays, captions, and CTAs to short-form video ads provided by our video
agency
● Maintain brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging
● Collaborate with our marketing team to test creative variations and interpret performance
data
● Stay ahead of creative trends in lifestyle and CPG advertising

What We’re Looking For:
● Experience in marketing design, ad creative, or a related role
● Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools

● Copywriting ability — especially for short-form, high-impact social ads
● Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads creative best practices
● A passion for visual storytelling and lifestyle branding
● Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Points:
● Experience in e-commerce
● Understanding of creative testing and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA)
● Motion design or basic video editing skills
