Summer Facilities Crew – Summer 2025

Department: Facilities

Status: Hours needed each week: M–F 9am–5pm (½ hour break included); Expected Duration of Job: May through August

Salary range: $15/hr

Summary Statement: Perform various maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and Facilities such as painting, landscaping, moving furniture, cleaning, construction, and trash removal.

Requirements:

• Must be available for the entire summer mid-May to the end of August
• Ability to lift 40lbs or more
• Must be able to work outdoors in warm conditions
• Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices
• Having a valid driver’s license is recommended

Additional Information:

• Prior experience in a facilities-related position is preferred
• Students must be in good academic, financial, and social standing with the college
• On campus housing is available through the summer on campus housing application

Number of Positions: 4, two painting crew members and two landscaping member
