Student Website Administrator – Fall 2025
Department: College Relations
Status: Beginning Fall semester, with the possibility of extension through Spring Semester; Up to 10 hours per week
Salary range: $15/hr
Summary Statement: The Student Website Administrator works with the Creative Director in the College Relations Dept. helping maintain the official college website for accuracy and currency.
- Review of web content for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborates with the Creative Director to determine web requirements
- Upload photos and update content as assigned
- Some graphic design
Requirements:
- Recommendation from Mark McDonald, Director of IT, or John Colan, Program Coordinator of Graphic Design
- Knowledgeable in the use of WordPress
- Ability to work independently and on deadline
- Takes ownership of work duties and responsibilities, and ensures they are completed accurately and on time

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Work in a studio/office setting, manual dexterity to use computers and standard office equipment; physical ability to sit for extended periods of time.
