MASh Showrunner (Art Director)
Department: Animation
Status: Hours needed each week: 5-7 Expected Duration of Job: 2025-26 Academic Year
Salary range: $15.00 /hour
Summary Statement: The Art Director for the MASh team is responsible for the creative direction and communications leading up to the event. The student will ensure the team follows a theme and creates work that maintains a consistent quality for the film festival. As Director, the student employee is expected to be an attentive leader, both in and outside of meetings, with the ability to listen and adapt to their team’s needs.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensures that team members follow a consistent vision and re-delegates work if it is needed
- Assists the producer with logistics and budgeting
- Attentive use of Discord for direction
- Participates in communications with Montserrat, the venue and any sponsors
- Directs weekly meetings with team members
- Participates in creative projects with team members
Requirements:

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Must be able to attend weekly meetings in person or remotely, must be able to communicate effectively outside of meetings (responding to email within 24 hours)
