Campus Life Assistant 2025-26

Department: Campus Life

Status: 6-10 hours per week.

Salary range: $15/hour

Summary Statement: The CLA is responsible for assisting in the growth and development of campus life programming, and student clubs and organizations. The CLA will also provide general administrative office assistance as noted below, in support of the student-focused work of the Campus Life staff.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Assist with the development and distribution of programming/event marketing materials. 
  • Monitor Food Pantry stock and re-stock as directed.
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks in the Campus Life office, including, but not limited to, filing, greeting & assisting visitors, and answering calls. 
  • Monitor event sign-ups, payments, etc., as necessary. 
  • Develop and execute their own campus programming, if so desired. 
  • Inventory programming supplies, assisting with ordering/securing items when necessary. 
  • Assist with campus-wide programs as needed.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Must be able to: work independently, meet established deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, communicate effectively, follow oral and written instructions, lift up to 50 lbs. Number of Positions: 2
