Improbable Places Poetry Tour at Chianti Jazz Lounge

October 16, 2013

Check out the video from one of the last Improbable Places Poetry Tour stops at Chianti Jazz Lounge in Beverly, MA this past June where they got jazzy during Beverly’s Arts Fest!

Participants stepped behind the velvet ropes for a night of speakeasy and cocktails, all named for poets and musicians. This tour’s stop celebrated the intersection between language and music. It’s jazz with its infinite fits and starts, the longing in music, the birth of the blues, stadium rock and slow dancing.
