Google Doodler Jennifer Hom Visits Campus

We had well known Google doodler Jennifer Hom visit several classes around campus yesterday to talk to our students about what it’s like working for Google! She is one of 13 artists who have the unique opportunity to change the logo on Google homepage with an illustration! For the last four years, Hom has been a member of the team that makes those quirky, fun, artistic renditions. “We don’t want to hinder our audience from actually searching, because they came to our homepage to search, but we also want to do something fun,” she said during an interview with CBS news earlier this month (watch below).
