Public Artist Talk with Renee Kurilla

Illustrator Renee Kurilla has illustrated many books for Lerner Publishing, and is currently working on the Bel the Weather Girl series written by Minneapolis meteorologist Belinda Jensen.

Kurilla was a Lead Artist at FableVision Studios for nearly 10 years. Her work there has contributed to multiple honors, including the graphic novelZebrafish (2008), a Junior Library Guild selection, and the Ranger Rick’s Tree House App for the National Wildlife Federation, which won a 2013 Parents’ Choice Award!

Kurilla currently lives just south of Boston with her husband Keith Zoo who is also an illustrator.unnamed“State of the Arts: Pecha Kucha Night” presented by TRIFECTA EDITIONS
