Brett Johnson’s Film Wins Best of Boston

June 19, 2013

Congratulations to very own Academic Technology Administrator, Brett Johnson, for being apart of the collaborative that won Best Film of the Boston 2013 48 Hour Film Project! Johnson both co-wrote and performed in “All for Knot” alongside his team, which included members from his North Shore web comedy, Brainfox, that he co-founded, along with In the Car!  itsbrainfox.com

The competition had teams to write, shoot and edit a short within 48 hours, incorporating required plot elements and an assigned genre.

Along with Best Film, their film also won:

Best Use of Prop
Best Editing
Best Directing
Best Ensemble Acting

This means that “All for Knot” will move on to the “Filmapalooza” screening, which is the national and international competition level for the 48 Hour Film Project (likely at the start of 2014).
