Maureen Wark is the Dean of Students. She oversees the Student Services department, including residence life, the counseling center and health services. She assists students in identifying resources and addressing both academic and personal issues.

Mark Bester is the Director of Student Life. He advises all of the student clubs and organizations including Student Voice, our student government association. Additionally, he runs new student and parent orientation, and designs and implements a variety of social, wellness, and educational programs for all students. Mark also serves as the college's Judicial Officer.

Robert McLaughlin is the Director of Residential Life. He coordinates all on-campus student housing, mediates resident disputes and supervises the Resident Assistants who sponsor an array of programs that build community. He acts as a liaison to maintenance.

Len Thomas-Vickory is the Coordinator of the Bear Gallery. He coordinates the student gallery which allows students the opportunity to curate, hang and market their own exhibitions on and off-campus.

Theresa Skelly is the Registrar. She maintains student records; organizes registration for classes and works with new students to develop schedules; processes enrollment verification and transcript requests, add/drop requests, academic alerts and warning notices, withdrawal and leave of absence forms; records grades; calculates academic standing; and determines honor awards, probation, and dismissal.

Laura Tonelli is the Dean of Faculty and Academic Affairs. She assists students with questions regarding their professors, classes, syllabi, grading, and other issues that may arise in the classroom. In addition, she oversees the Directors of the Paul Scott Library, Gallery, Academic Services, Registrar’s office, Writing Center, Career Services and Continuing Education.

Marjorie Augenbraum is the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs. She coordinates academic advising, academic probation, disability services and end-of-semester evaluations. She assists students with external educational opportunities.

Janet Dauray Ph.D. is Montserrat’s Counseling Psychologist. She provides confidential counseling for students about issues ranging from adjustments to college life and roommate difficulties to depression, family troubles, eating disorders, and addiction. She can also direct students to long-term counseling and community resources. She is a resource forall students, as well as RAs and Peer Leaders.

Jennifer Troupe is the Director of Human Resources. Her office is responsible to help students find on-campus employment, both work study and paid positions. Her office is located in the Hardie Building, first floor Student Services suite.

Joan Milnes is the Director of Internships at the college. Leading up to and following graduation, Joan is also the person to go to for career services. Internships are required for students entering the junior year or above, and must be completed to graduate. Joan can help you plan for and find your internship, and is there to help you along the way. Joan's office is located on the second floor of the library adjacent to the Writing Center.

Mark Kooken is the Facilities Manager. He coordinates maintenance and facilities issues for all the college buildings, both academic and residential.
