Montserrat College of Art adheres to the Crime Awareness & Campus Security Act of 1990 which requires institutions to publish and distribute an annual security report containing security policies and procedures as well as campus crime statistics. The inclusion of these statistics below represents the College's compliance with the obligation to publish and distribute.

| The college requests students or others who are victims of a crime or have knowledge of criminal activities report this to the College administration. The College will investigate such reports and file further reports with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Members of the community should contact civil authorities on their own as well if appropriate.
