catalyst campaign

The new, environmentally friendly four-building student residence village is ready for occupancy and will house 78 students, replacing older housing stock which housed only 26 students. The housing will be apartment style with kitchens and common areas, and will include studio spaces for students.

The entire project is being made possible by the college's first-ever capital campaign, known as the Catalyst Campaign for Montserrat College of Art because it is not only raising money for new student housing, but also catalyzing the transformation of the Montserrat campus toward the future.
