Orientation 2009

Wednesday, July 8th, 2009

Orientation 2009 runs from Saturday, August 22 to Tuesday, August 25.  This is a chance to meet your new home and school. During this time we will help you become acclimated to the unique culture that we call Montserrat. A group of current students and myself will be here to help you wrap your head around what is in your near future.

Some of the things you will encounter at Orientation are:

  • What makes Montserrat what it is?
  • What is a “Mighty Throwdown” and how does it work?
  • How to balance your work load and have a life?
  • Who is that person I’m living with?
  • What is the Bear Gallery?
  • Surviving art history?
  • Late night breakfast?

This is a small sampling for the schedule of events that we will be covering. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at lthomas-vickory@montserrat.edu or (978)921-4242, x 1201. I look forward to meeting you in the upcoming weeks.
