Featuring the work of Montserrat students, Gods and Monsters is a show about the things that hold incredible prominence in our minds: the awe-inspiring and stomach-churning. Drawings, paintings, sculptures, etc., to overwhelm and inspire.

Bookbinding Class Visits Boston School

Montserrat’s Bookbinding 2/Letterpress 2 class visited North Bennet Street School in Boston to meet with  Jeff Altepeter (the Bookbinding program Director) to learn about working with leather.

Heather Rose: Pretty&Twisted

Illustrator and Montserrat Alumna, Heather Rose is having her first solo art exhibit at the Dark World Gallery in Worcester, MA.  Pretty & Twisted‘s opening reception is Saturday, April 2nd from 7 to 10pm, and the art will be up for the whole month of April.

Support Heather and her unique work which ” is inspired partially by the twisted things in the actual world we live in, and partially by the beautiful things in the fantasy world that I wish we lived in.
